After you slice and dice food on the cutting board, as an added feature it doubles as a funnel to channel the food into a skillet. It is cold/heat resistant from -4˚F to 248˚F (-20˚C to 120˚C) and opens to 10.75" (27.3 cm) x 9.5" (24 cm) and is 0.25" thick.
