Our patented pivot mechanism uses a bearing system for smooth operation, while always keeping the blades in perfect alignment. There are no clumsy screws to come loose. The titanium coated blades come apart for cleaning with the press of a button and reassemble just as easily. The sharp blades are precision milled from durable 4mm high-carbon stainless, then bonded to an outer layer of black Titanium for stain resistance. A bone notch and micro-serrated edge keep food securely in place while cutting. Our multi-shears are designed with an integrated bottle opener and nutcracker. The handles are double injected molded with a soft-grip for comfort. The overall length is 9".
