We partnered with Back Creek Farms, a family maple farm that dates back to 1838. Located deep in Appalachia in Highland County Virginia. We brought the essence of maple, collards and also garlic and onions to emulate the elusive and very seasonal ramp.
Pair this hot sauce with pork chops, grilled veggies, soups/stews. Amazing with butter and corn bread, eggs and grits.
