Returns. I design these as buy-it-for-life tools and stand behind them. Cook with yours for 30 days. If you don’t love it, send it back and I’ll refund your purchase, even if it’s been used. Email info@dryadcookery.com to start a return. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or defective. I’ll refund your original payment within a few days of receiving it.
Lifetime guarantee. If a Dryad Cookery spatula, tong, or scrubber fails from a defect in materials or workmanship, such as a cracked blade, a loose handle, or broken rings, I’ll repair or replace it for the life of the tool. The guarantee doesn’t cover normal wear like scratches or discoloration, or damage from using the tool for something it isn’t meant for, like prying or grinding.
